No longer needed, handy for carrying tools, inner tubes, snacks etc.
Top tube straps have been trimmed a little but still plenty of length left to suit most oversize frames up to around 50mm diameter (I reckon)
No rips or tears. A little grubby inside. Sizing in pics or link below.
