Looks like @carbonsinglespeed will be pulling espresso's in no time.
I have received interested from a few parties if @carbonsinglespeed changes his mind so I will close the thread for now.
In the meantime, thank you all for the interest and make sure you support @StevePeel and his Coffee Roasting business (Yellow Bourbon).
Those Gaggia's come up on Gumtree quite often so you might find a decent one sub £100 (albeit with no mods).
