I'm fairly sure you don't have to ride them in order but I might well be wrong. As for the sign-up proper, https://www.paris-brest-paris.org/index2.php?lang=en&cat=inscription&page=comment_sinscrire says

The registration period begins on 25 May 2019 and ends on 03 July 2019.

So I still have a few weeks to ponder, amirite?

Ha! I think I'm gonna ride the Old Roads 300 on the 11th and the Paddington Express (400) on the 18th, this way I am within the windows you posted anyway.

Need to think about the 600. Maybe the Pendle on the 8th of June (anybody on here doing it? Need to read up). The Exe-Buzzard the weekend after could work too.
