A week until London and I think my current plan is to go out at 6.40s, which would give a sub 2.55 finish and a Boston qualifier. It also gives the chance of speeding up at halfway if I am feeling ok. I haven't done enough long runs or enough marathon pace to have a real crack at a pb or near pb time so the aim is to enjoy it.
That's good work from RunBritain.
