Shimano Ultegra 6500 crank arms, 170mm length 130bcd arms set up with a 42t shimano chain ring and washer'd regular chainring bolts. Uses an octolink bb which is not included. Does come with crank bolts with 1 self extractor. Some fairly decent heel rub but loads of life left in these. £20 posted.
Shimano 105 5700 10 speed 11-28 cassette. Very low mileage so in excellent shape, lock ring included, £12 posted.
