Beater got a new rack setup. Some cheapo BLB Nitto rando rack copy I got in a swap. Seems to work ok.

Was offered to buy an 2014 cdf, not Croix De Fer, how would you rate it compared to a Croix De fee?
Is it just the weight that differs? I like the geometry of it so I’m tempted.

Yeah man - this was your doing!
It’s a first pass, it’s bloody great to ride, and I have some time in Switzerland shortly to put it through its paces and fettle.

Finally found a 20.5" High Latitude

Thought I would jump in here given my recent build. Picked up the frame at the end of last season as the team were selling them off on the cheap. Used for a couple of seasons by one of the riders (name sticker still on top tube) and in decent nick. Most of the parts are seconds off here, wheels are hunt race aero wide

Lovely bike. Understated for an ex-team bike.
How do you get access to purchasing ex-team bikes from them by the way?
-
• #772
Thanks. I was on the team newsletter mailing list, and they sent an email out towards the end of last year, around October time. Was quite a few frames up for grabs of various sizes, all around the £300 mark which i thought was a cracking bargain.

Grand, and a bargain! Cheers

But Quarqs don't work with non-round rings?
-
• #775
Don't they? I have absolute black rings on both my quarqs. They do work in that they produce (seemingly consistent) power numbers but are you saying they're not accurate?
Does anyone know if the geometry changed between the '16 and '19 models?
