loads of contributory factors there. that 330w seems really rather low. the lad was hauling a bigger gear than wiggins, albeit at a higher altitude with thinner air. there's a difference in rolling resistance on the track and skinsuit/ aero package (i.e. the campag wheels are very quick allegedly). basically its tricky to gauge...
