Those are actually nuts. The actual screwheads/bolts are on the back.
I find it amazing that manufacturing screws to ultra precision to make them line up when tight isn't something that AP (or anybody else) can do yet.

Incredibly hard as the thread has to start at exactly the same point on the bolt. Same goes for the hole. As does the tension on each bolt. Bit like trying to stop oil tankers on the same line. 😎
