Bread knives do my head in.
I have a nice(ish) Damascus one that Lakeland do. When I bought it, it was insanely sharp - I could cut 2mm thick melba toast with no issues.
But, how in the name of fiery fuck does one sharpen a bread knife? It is now no better than a bog standard and I have no idea of how to sharpen it up.
If the bevel is on one side you sharpen it with the other side flat on the stone.
