If that's too expensive, the new Seiko 5 in the SKX007 style case looks like it will come in a few black versions. The Seiko PVDs are often a bit gunmetal rather than black-black though.
Don’t know if it matters to you but Seiko 5 usually aren't strictly divers watches as they don't tend to have certain features that ISO certification demands (eg lume on the second hand, lume pip on the bezel, etc).
They do occasionally make proper divers in black, eg the black edition turtle (sold out):
And also many of the Tuna variants are all-black but those are usually pretty serious and have serious price tags. The grey version of the Street Series baby tuna (SNE537) is maybe worth a look?
