I know they work well with 11 speed, I'm reasonably sure the leaflet in the packet says 11 speed too but I'll check tomorrow.

This is an excellent suggestion.
I'm not going North of the river.

I used https://www.accu.co.uk in the past for small quantities of bolts. They now seem to have a minimum order of 100 bolts. Where can I get sexy M5 x 30/40/50 torx bolts in A4 stainless in smaller quantities? I assume @mdcc_tester has a place but someone else must be into collecting bolts...
Ah, nevermind. Different bolts have different minimum orders.

I assume mdcc_tester has a place
The other shops I use if Accu don't have what I want are https://www.westfieldfasteners.co.uk/ and https://www.pts-uk.com/

I've tweaked my order so I think I have a few options coming sooner rather than later.
With some different bolts, maybe some nuts and a shit load of carbon paste I might have aerobars that stay where I put them. -

actual slow motion video of the Pentax 67 shutter firing

Looking for a stem for the Hylix 1" carbon fork fork that goes with 31.8 bars. Plus if it's not super ugly!
Edit: I'm guessing that the answers is to shim a regular stem, if tester approves

So I have a seatpost bottle cage / front derailleur mount issue - the bottle bolt on my seatpost is only 1 or 2 mm above the derailleur band; although the thread is raised by 1mm or so I can't get my current bottle cages (king iris / bontrager xxx) to mount, because the band of the derailleur is too high and next to the bottle bolt.
It seems my options are therefore:
find a bottle cage that has only a really small mounting area so that the cage doesn't clash with the band for the derailleur.
find a very slim derailleur band so that it sits under the bottle cage - there are some carbon ones, but relatively few for a steel tube that takes a 27.2mm post (which I think means 28.6mm clamp?)
find a clamp on adaptor where the clamp around the post is lower by comparison to the derailleur mount (I have the M part one which is about as bad as you can get).
put shims / washers between the bottle cage + bottle mounts. Cheapest option, but might not look perfect + results in my bottle being further away from the frame. Might be less stable? Not sure.
Any thoughts? Am I missing anything? And this is for my nicest bike, so which route gets me the nicest set-up overall?

Shims/washers will be the easiest and cheapest option, and I've never encountered a practical problem with this set up. Only you will be able to decide if it offends your sense of aesthetics.

Yeah I guess that's right, and at least I won't have outlaid much to give it a try! I'll have a word with LBS and see if they've got any washers that would do the job....
Still tempted by a carbon derailleur clamp but £££

Perfect, cheers! Will order the TACX jockey wheels then.

If you haven't ordered yet I'd love to order some bolts too...

Orbital Fasteners link any good?
(Could collect and meet up at Wests?),
Even Toolstation;
https://www.toolstation.com/stainless-steel-socket-cap-screw/p26837I may have some of those^ in my bolt collection if you need a few?

Oh, nothing urgent - just trying to keep up with my intention to not have any shitty bolts on bikes.

It's well-known you can use Shimano 10-speed road levers to index a 9-speed MTB rear mech successfully on a 10-speed cassette. Does anyone know if you can use 11-speed road levers to index a 9-speed MTB mech on an 11-speed cassette?
This is an excellent suggestion.
