any idea of return time? Sorry for all the n00b questions. I am coming from deepest SE London.

I rode to Liverpool St then got the 9.48 to Chingford. You can get on the Overground from (say) Forest Hill and then change at Whitechapel for Bethnal Green, but I suspect that would be a huge pain in the arse with a big bike.

I change from Whitechapel to Bethnal Green usually, it’s fine. Have to walk up some stairs.
Otherwise, tube from W. to Liv. St., bikes allowed off-peak and weekends.
