One of the big downsides of stopping drinking booze is that a solitary trip to a pub just doesn't work anymore.
I miss pubs. I miss reading a book with a pint in a pub. Even more than I miss the pint.

I’m not very good at pubs anymore, I went into one for a coffee today, turned around and left again as it was quite busy and I just wanted a quiet 10 minutes. I’m aware that I’m doing pubs wrong.
