Depends on your accuracy and durability requirements. CRC will sell you one for £30 at the moment, if you don't mind it maxing out at 24Nm.
Personally I'd go beam wrench for cycling stuff, which should in theory be cheaper and more durable than ratchet / clicker types.

I am a fan of both D&M Tools, and Wera,
and remember having a conversation at the D&M Toolshow 4 or 5 years ago with a
Wera Product Manager asking why they did not have a 'Bike Set'.
