Cheers all who responded about Swinley.
Mixed some blue and red trails today, and did a few runs in the downhill zone (not colour marked I think).
Overall it's best to pick and choose your runs, blue and red both have fun sections. It was mostly dry today, more than enough grip.
Definitely not "too rocky" and I wouldn't say there was an excess sharp uphill sections. Just normal XC stuff I guess.
