Is this a fake
Yes. See https://www.lfgss.com/comments/14520388/incontext et seq. The real ones don't have a transverse reinforcing rib connecting the two aft rail anchor points.

Is this a fake San Marco Superleggera?
Purchased (hardly used second hand) by my pal but he's a little worried it may be an imitation.
Main areas of concern:
No weight written on underside (115g on scales)
The horizontal central line of the 'A' of Aspide on the nose doesn't link to the right/diagonal.
The finish where the rails meet the nose on the underside
Anyone got one they can compare?
