Is there a Hursh that fits the bill?
I thought Mrs H's was good quality and classic. At the end of the day leather straps are consumerable.
Personally, from your pics I'd have thought a padded strap, probably alligator, would be the way to go. Personally I think Croc is best thin and flat on smaller thin watches. But you know what it looks like irl, so go with your gut.

He’s a font snob himself tho, that’s my point. His team is sponsored by the font foundry House Industries, and he got them to redraw his logo, etc.

The Arial is the best font on that thing.
Nice idea, but 2/10 for overall execution.

New watches are always welcome, nice Omega. What’s the story, had it long?

Twas dad's, no idea where he acquired it. He decided he liked his citizen/didn't care about watches so I got lucky, I had to get it serviced to fix the alarm and I think it was it's first in 30 years.
Got his Breitling Top Time and little (broken) Oris too.
I have a beautiful 50/60's IWC dress watch from my wife that is actually my daily wear.I'm currently considering whether I can justify a Milgauss and /or speedie, as a daily. These watches are all too sentimental, ha.
