Is there a Hursh that fits the bill?
I thought Mrs H's was good quality and classic. At the end of the day leather straps are consumerable.
Personally, from your pics I'd have thought a padded strap, probably alligator, would be the way to go. Personally I think Croc is best thin and flat on smaller thin watches. But you know what it looks like irl, so go with your gut.

Now to find a 19mm lug/16mm buckle width strap that isn’t shit. I don’t mind paying for a good strap, if it’s cost is actually justified.
I need something non custom, in black, for a wedding in three weeks. Preferably just straight up calf, rather than imitation alligator/other exotic animal. Any suggestions?
Leaning towards this at the moment. It's expensive, but I visited the Jean Rousseau shop the other day and the cost felt justified. Really lovely straps. Quick release spring bars, too...
