Does anyone have good alternatives for thin (0.3mm) gel ink pens?
I've been using these from Muji but they are quite expensive and there are no refills for them

Not specifically, but have you thought about buying a pen you like with a standard size refill, then putting a 0.3mm gel in it?

ie something like: https://www.cultpens.com/i/q/OH43610/ohto-pg-105np-needlepoint-gel-refill

(I realise it's 0.2mm but you get the idea)

Awesome, I didn't know there is a standard for refills. I'm after a good subtle pen that fits these refills then.
