Colner is inscribed on the headset and not on the fork. Can you take photos of both the front and rear Dropouts without the wheels to check for markings.
Looks like a very cheap frame judging by the thickness of the tubing where the post fits. Sorry for dumping all over your sale but you really need to do some more research before selling.
