I think it's come up here before (maybe in the Junction Watch thread...). Can't find anything with a quick search.
My brother got an FPN for moving into a bus lane to let an ambulance past. They refused his appeal despite clear video evidence that he moved in solely to let it past and moved straight back out after it was gone. (In a car not on a bike.)

There may be no express law permitting such a move, but do we know if anyone has been 'done' for allowing an ambulance through and rolling over a stop line in the process.
