Ha I'd love to but altho technical ability is there, the strength and cardio isn't. I need a few more shorter hill sessions and maybe a Roydon thing before I head out to the hills. But yeah @Rod_Munch the doc said I'm way ahead of schedule, by 3-5 months so this is a quick turnaround (so far).

I am up for it again tomorrow! I went out to the lanes on the weekend and all was well but clearly have lost a step. These hills are perfect for me to get back on track

I have to do an all-day shift for the entire next week, which is good news as this mean I will for once be able to turn up and not have to wait for eons.
