That's one way to use the mismatched leftover cables from my parts box!
I think that is there to hold the canti loop in case the brake cable comes undone.
At the back there was a rear reflector which I have removed.It is on the small side, yes.

big fan of the matching cabling but too small for me sadly. what's the willy shaped thingy sticking out at the fork crown?
