Anyone have a good suggestion for hotel room exercises/ exercise apparatus to try and train up a bit? I'm constantly staying away in hotels for work and I'd love something aimed at improving climbing carry-on to mix in with running and cycling.
I always use the door lintels as a hang board. wide grip, and pull ups.
