A tough year!
It also made it into the BBC website.
Had a fun weekend of running in Norfolk. Did a double Sheringham parkrun yesterday and then 10 miles through the park and along the coast - the first section was sheltered the second part wasn't.
Road relays next weekend so a bit of sharpening and some very very easy miles this week.

Pretty much game over at bm100, 3 out on loop 3 but they all started about 1hr later than the slowest to then go & finish.
One guy is still out on lap 1, hope he's ok.
