Your frame does not appear to be a 70s Colnago as it has none of the characteristics that a 70s Colnago frame should have,some of which have already been mentioned.

Your estimate of it's value is too high IMO.
I would return it to the shop where you bought it from.
We bought it with those specs from a shop and just updated the wheels for rideability. So as far we know it's a Colnago and almost all original parts. The frame might be a paint job I will have to check the frame markings again later :) still a beautiful frame and bike that has been fixed up to be ridden or hung up and look pretty if you wish
