State of the driving here ...
A hammer dropped of a lorry trailer on front of me a few days ago. Luckily I wasn't on his bumper. Another classic is people floating in your lane.
So yes PSNI will be busy! But so far their officers and the ones of the harbour police have been very helpful. So do come in to report if you have a number plate.

I feel that when they introduce on line reporting, they will be inundated with reports. I had two close calls in the space of 10 mins this week - both head on episodes whilst in my car. Drivers here seem to have forgotten to give way to oncoming traffic when their lane is obstructed. Both times I had to do emergency stops and the other drivers drive on - oblivious to my car.
