Question for the experts; if you would get a custom audax bike, would you keep it oldschool with rim brakes, qr and straight 1 1/8" fork or use all the new standards, tapered fork, through axels, hydro discs etc.???
Depends on budget no? You can get rim brake stuff thrown at you for free.
It's very personal, get something that fits, ride it, work out the rest later.
