During a few very slightly sludgy winter rides on my Supersix, I had noticed that the paint and possibly carbon had begun to skedaddle away from the insides of the chainstays.
Sent off some pics to my insurers and they very quickly arranged a specialist company to inspect! Pending a pickup and look from them, I think I might adapt the sunday Supersix bike into something a bit more all-road.
@amey and his CFR-505 is a big point of inspo right now.
So we had it explained to us by Cervelo that UCI rules dicatate a minimum of 4mm on each side of the tyre to be be “UCI approved” and that’s how they determine max tyre size. Running tyres with less them 4mm clearance on either side voids warranty.
