Cycle Mechanic wanted for a full time position at Apex Cycles in Clapham. We are an independent bike shop operating in Clapham since 1992, and we're looking for an experienced mechanic to start soon who will be able to keep up with a busy workshop environment.
Must be:
Fast and reliable mechanic with workshop experience
Able to converse easily with customers
Friendly, we are a very approachable shop and a small team
Able to speak and write fluently in English
Willing to work Saturday (10-6) and Sunday (11-4)
Punctual and committed
Would ideally be:
Familiar with wheel building and brake bleeding
Familiar with Brompton servicing (not essential but we specialise in Bromptons)
A Fleetwood Mac fan (not essential)
We can offer a competitive salary dependant on experience, and a really lovely chilled out place to work with a great team.
