TMay is out of threats.
The ERG/DUP own her.
Her safest only route of her mess is for Parliament to vote for A50 revocation.
Personally I would like her to write a simple letter Revoking A50,
and,
watch the Tory party fall apart. -

I still can't understand why she's not black mailing the brexitiers by openly stating she'll revoke article 50 to prevent no deal if they don't vote for her deal.
I don't think she can openly threaten to do that without breaking the Tory party apart. However it's kinda implicit that that is what will happen, but it would have to be Parliament that enacted this rather than a Tory PM, again because the Tory party would implode.

MV3 brought next week and fails.
Has to be this week IIRC, or it's hard Brexit on the 12th.

You remember when you asked me did I bring a beach towel just out of Welwyn Garden City?
Were we on a date?

Oh yeah. Thursday or Friday then. TBH, my analysis works without this step at all. I just think she will try again because, umm, because, umm, well, she ain't got no other card trick has she?

watching dominic grieve's speech in the commons now - he's a sensible voice:
- decency and good humour of saturdays march contrast with the "rabidity" of some of the comments he has received for questioning the future course of brexit
- must be people's vote
- must be option to remain in that vote

BTW, I just ran that prediction past a senior political journo on a major broadsheet. They declared it "far from impossible".

see that's the problem when you big up someone on a single issue, you lose sight of the fact that on nearly every other issue facing the most vulnerable, they'd happily see them chucked in a hole in the ground.

Well, there's that fringe for a start.
I really don't know what they try to reach with indicative votes... the EU has said "the WA is what it is..."
No-deal is a catastrophe, withdrawing article50 is politically unpopular, it is either a CU with a special goods arrangement (a forever backstop) which the EU may not give or CU+SM.
But the WA won't be changed, unless there is enthousiastic support for CU+SM which in that case it will happen...the EU doesn't need the hassle either. But not seeing it.
Meanwhile, the "ohfuck" clock has moved closer to noon with all the "no-deal/borders" chat going on about NI atm.
