It makes a change from losing 8-2 or similar! It’s a man v fat league, so the standard is err ‘mixed’ and most people are there to get themselves moving, some after 30+ years of pies and desk jobs.
Definitely gets the legs going though, I think this is the 8th week and I can walk the day after a game now.
no mercy ! good stuff wish our league was a bit more relaxed the grief the past 2 weeks has taken away the enjoyment. I felt v old last week but onwards ! it's a great way to keep fit I was in bits last week
