I'd strongly recommend these.
Spendy but they're fucking excellent. I've used mine for 12 hour days through France and had no discomfort or heading issues.
A bit too much for me. Was looking at the Senner earplugs
I've had similar pairs before...
They're okay for short journeys but they probably block 20dB max because of poor fitting and the material they're made from. You'd still be looking at hearing damage at anything over 50mph.
I definitely wouldn't wear them for a days riding.
