Thanks.
I will account for that, but generally I like short reach bikes as I have neck and core issues and very long inseam compared to torso.
I have only had one Sus MTB so I have little idea how I am going to be most comfy on a frame like this. The good thing is I will just rebuild it or build a new one if it doesn't work. -

Yes, I am the same. Long inseam, short body, hence not a fan of "nu-skool" long and low (Surly and Cotic seem to be the worse).

I am not far off a Stanton Sherpa in terms of angles.

Stanton Sherpa
great bike.
worth looking at cotic solaris geometry too - and how it's changed over the years. the most recent models probably too slack geo for you, but I love my older one. -

This thing is going to break at some point I think. I am monitoring the joint. But I feel it is dying on me.

I am not sure. For now I am just monitoring.
I knew it was a possibility that it wouldn't hold. And it works for know -

75 deg will reduce the ETT quite a bit though? Reach will be the same but the bike will be 20-30mm shorter dep on saddle height?
Wont the current 73 with rigid forks end up the same with suspension forks when compressed? Looking at your drawings you have based the Suspension geometry on static forks. Once in use the forks will be 20 - 30% shorter (not a fan of super steep seat angles when they compromise overall length of the bike).
Oh and love this thread btw 😀
