Any idea when you'll be getting the BTP-85G Cable Anchorage in stock? I really want to get one of those with the 3 speed shifter for my 3 speed conversion.

Hmmm! I thought that was due on the last delivery, I’m on my normal days off today/tomorrow, but I’ll email and should have a reply by Friday when I’m at work again!

The ortlieb bike packing stuff, there’s nothing really special about it and it’s ugly AF.

Excellent, I shall try to be patient!

Hmmm, I have the frame bag, can’t fault it, it’s waterporof, like, air tight waterproof, it’s light, not mega money, different style yes, but I like it.

My Ti post acquired off here did the trick but given my Brompton is pretty aged it have the integrated saddle/pentaclip.
Are there any alternatives to the £25 Brompton pentaclip or are they a standard old school size?

You could use an old crappy clamp, but they are crappy imo

So true, Pentaclip is so good I used it on other bikes than Brompton.

I am considering buying a used Brompton for both commuting and travelling, I travel a lot to sightsee both by plan and by train/car, so it would be very nice being able to enjoy riding and save on public transport there. Is there anything particular I should make sure before buying a used one? Can you have a look at this, is there anything catching your attention that I should inspect in person? https://www.olx.pl/oferta/rower-brompton-white-black-okazja-CID767-IDz1U1m.html#ffd2ca89f1

I have used an ultegra downtube shifter with a travel agent, mounted on a Paul thumbie with an Alfine before, looks smart

Interesting.
Any clue what travel agent?

Problem solvers, didn't know they do different versions

I have to move my motorbikes on, and am thinking of using the cash from one of them to build a full-on Chinese eBay titanium Brommie - main frame, front and rear ends and stem, the works. Then kit it out with as much ti as possible, just for the lols.

Why only namecheck 'London', for the factory,
rather the precise, 'Greenford, west London'? -

If you want to know more about ti frames etc.. hit me up!

What are bigger EZ wheels I need in order to wheel the Brompton whilst it’s folded?

https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/frames/brompton-eazy-wheel-rollers-with-fittings-6-mm-holes-per-pair/
These are the cheapest option, 66mm. You can get 76mm from ti parts but more pricey, do have a lot on sale on sjs
Yeah, they sold us 95 seatposts for pennies...
