What does narrow/wide mean in this context? (sorry)
Also can anyone advise on the easiest way to change the gearing on my Arkose Two to give a little extra help in getting up hills?
It's currently as stock with 38t at the front and 11-36 at the back.
Would a smaller chainring be the easiest change, or a new wider cassette at the back? Presume there is limitations with the rear derailleur as to what it can take at the back? I know very little about this stuff, sorry.
