Very possibly. But if it did have the support then Bercow's ruling wouldn't make any difference. It just stops it returning on a speculative basis.

We've been over this a few times, Bercow's ruling last week was relevant - because nothing had changed - so voting on it again was pointless.

Now, with the extension options and what-not it is easier to see how it will be cleared by the speaker for another vote, based on the offer from the EU.
