Have really enjoyed riding the Mile Munchers and Jack Brown Green in a similar style but the nature of my commute requires more puncture protection.

LadyLiz has had over a year of puncture free commuting on London’s famous roads and canal paths with ruffy tuffys. Can’t comment on if they’re any good for skidding but they seem to do the trick.
Sidewalls clean up like new easily as well.
