Work trip to Cologne coming up. Schedule is not too busy so will have free time for a bit of brekkie in cafés and stuff. Is there a particularly nice neighbourhood in Cologne I should know about?
Also, feel free to suggest the odd bar and eatery for the evening. I vaguely recall that central Cologne can feel a bit mainstream.
