Seems like you can just use the cable and splice in a 24v led supply, should be matching the wattage of the one you're replacing.
I’ve found a home brew fixit that explains how to splice in a new power supply, which might be a last chance solution.. It seems pretty straightforward but I’d be nervous about doing it myself
You shouldn't be. Even if you bought a wire stripper and some Wago connectors it's not going to cost the earth. and 24v is pretty safe.
