collected a groupset last night for a bike I'm building for a friend. The seller then added that I could take frame/fork for nothing (parts attached - it's a Trek Madone) - only prob is the gear hanger has snapped off. Looks great otherwise. Wondering if it's repairable, or maybe has a future as a singlespeed/magic gear...
