Horizontal/sliding dropout mtb options normally start with On One Inbred, Kona Explosif, Voodoo Bantu, etc.
Pretty sure some DMR models came with swap out dropouts (Trailstar?). But if memory serves, they tend to be jump bike-oriented. So geometry might not be what you’re after.
I have a Dialled Bikes Love-Hate, which has an eccentric bottom bracket for adjusting chain tension. But they’re rarer and a bit more faff. Not selling at the moment. But new kid arriving soon may change that!
