  • That's a shame, again I would recommend you contact them and ask them to redo it. I've always had good customer support from them, even when the quality has been a bit iffy

  • I've left a message on their voicemail.
    Like you I've had good customer service in the past when I had this problem, so there is that in their favour.

    I'm not sure I want to keep going through this each time with them though...
