From 7 rolls I got developed this week, thats all i've shot since last Sept, kinda lost my mojo for a lot of stuff since then.

Its so much higher quality than colour negative, but was quite surprised how blue it came out, I guess i'm just used to shooting Kodak!

Wasn't there a rumour it was repacked Superia?
-
• #19138
I'm 99% sure its just repacked C200. Colours, quality and grain are very similar

@konastab01 - lovely colors, what film was that?
So the pushed (1600) 400TX just came from the dev. It's been sitting in my camera from November till last week. Here's a couple of shots that I particularly liked. All of them are from my visit to Franciszek Surminski who coached the legendary Stanislaw Szozda.
He got this sombrero after taking part in the Vuelta a Mexico in the 60s.
Signing the above pic.
And one with his Jaguar Special.

Awesome set.

Tried filmdev again and looks as though they're having the same problems as when I last tried them. Contrast and/or sharpening turned up too high on the scanner resulting in noise/grain, and just nudging the sharpening slider in Lightroom massively amplifies the noise without sharpening the image. This was large 18bit tiff scans with no sharpening specified of Fuji Pro 400h so disappointed.

That's a shame, again I would recommend you contact them and ask them to redo it. I've always had good customer support from them, even when the quality has been a bit iffy

I've left a message on their voicemail.
Like you I've had good customer service in the past when I had this problem, so there is that in their favour.I'm not sure I want to keep going through this each time with them though...
