Used to ride this route nearly every month, but did some editing to get you into the flowers.

There are some really nice roads there. If you start in Scheveningen, you can take the coastal road all the way to "Het Kopje" in Bloemendaal and back through all the (potential) flower-fields. I could make a GPX for you?
