Is that a Martyn Ashton frame? That was my dream bike back in the day!
My only amend would be some old-school yellow Magura rim brakes but otherwise it is looking great. Loving the Race Face cranks as well.

Yeah, 1999 Martyn Ashton CAAD 3. I did used to run Maguras on it years ago, but they were silver with a SID Blue booster. Even had blue DMR V8s on it back then:
Always thought the flouro yellow would clash with the primary yellow of the graphics.

Rebuilt this a few winters ago
then last year it started to become pretty uncomfortable so I fitted a setback seatpost and it actually made a big difference (I have long femurs so I guess it actually relaxes my position a little).
Anyway, serious back issues arose and I hung this (and my other bikes up) for close to a year.
Rehab's going well, feeling stronger in my core and can commute to work by bike more often so it's time to get this rig rolling again. Found a rather amazing new handlebar from Soma:
50mm rise, 25ยบ backsweep. A slightly insane 780mm width that I might have to trim down for the mean streets. Test-ride was all good, just waiting on some other goodies and then I'll throw up a full bike pic.
