Anyone here know where I would find out who owns this building?

I can see that someone made a planning application to rip down and build flats but I'd love to turn it into a house...

that would be amazing, I have often wanted to do the same but you'll always get outbid by a corp that plans on making a few mil in profit on a project.

That one has specifically had a request to be turned into flats refused by local planning - it’s not protected but they said they wouldn’t approve it. I’d keep the front basically untouched.
