You'd only really know the answers to those questions if you'd actually used one so I'd be reading reviews.
It's a tenner cheaper on Amazon and there are quite a few reviews on there. It got a meh review from Laptop Magazine:

I use a USB 3 Asus one when I'm travelling with work. It's fine, no noticeable lag, just shows up as another monitor (in Windows). Couldn't really comment on colour accuracy, I've watched films on it and not noticed any issues.
Main issues I find are getting a stand to have it at a decent angle (the bundled one is a bit shit and I've not really seen anything slimline to replace it) and it's a bit bulky (it's a bit delicate so you need the case which means that it's pretty much the same size as another laptop, also another thing to get out of your bag at airport security).
What does the lfgss hivemind think of these portable, usb-c powered screens as a second screen for laptop?
