I’ll echo @cycleclinic here. I really like how the 5000’s roll (I’m a long time user of 4000’s too) and they are fast with really good grip. The downside is that the wear rate is high. They cut easily too.
I’d have no issue running them on the best bike, but for commuting or things like audax, they’re expensive.

Is anyone on Conti GP5000 tubeless? I’m thinking about giving them a go but would appreciate some real life reviews.
