I did (in fact I'm in the upstairs flat in a Victorian House conversion with 67 remaining years on the lease which seems a bit of a coincidence!).
Those I spoke to were in the range of £500 + VAT and fees (per flat). Annoyingly they don't discount for multiple flats even though the work is nearly identical.
I'm a freeholder but I need a lease extension. Have been quoted £750+VAT by two different solicitors. Wondering if this is reasonable or whether I should expect cheaper?
It's a ground-floor flat in a Victorian house conversion. We co-own the freehold with the owner of the upstairs flat. There are 67 years remaining on our lease, which (bizarrely) could still cause problems if/when we come to sell.
Anyone got any good solicitor recommendations?
